ICL 4TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION – GOLDEN TICKET & SURPRISE PRIZE PROMOTION Terms and Conditions
HOW TO ENTER Visit Invercargill Central and make a purchase during the promotional period on Tuesday 14 July 2026. Golden Ticket Winner Cards will be issued by participating stores during their allocated 15‑minute issuing windows. If selected, the customer will receive a Golden Ticket Winner Card from the store at the time of purchase. Golden Ticket holders must bring their Winner Card to the ICL management office to redeem their prize. Some stores may also offer Surprise Prizes at their discretion throughout the day. These are issued directly by the store to selected paying customers.
PRIZES INCLUDE Golden Ticket prizes valued at $25, $50, $100 and one major prize of $250. There are 45 Golden Ticket prizes to be given away, with a total prize pool of $2,200. Golden Ticket prizes are issued as ICL gift vouchers and must be redeemed at participating Invercargill Central stores. All Golden Ticket prizes are pre‑packed in sealed, numbered envelopes. Golden Ticket holders select the envelope they wish to open, and the prize inside is issued to them. Surprise Prizes may include samples, upgrades, discount vouchers, or branded items, issued directly by participating stores.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The “Promoter” of this promotion is Invercargill Central Limited. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not take part in this promotion.
The promotion is open from 9.00am – 9.00pm on Tuesday 14 July 2026. Golden Ticket Winner Cards are issued only during the allocated 15‑minute windows assigned to each participating store. Golden Ticket holders must redeem their prize at the ICL management office during office hours (9am–5pm). If a Golden Ticket is received after 5pm, the prize may be collected during office hours before end of day Friday 17 July 2026.
Golden Ticket Winner Cards are limited in quantity. Once all Golden Tickets have been issued, no further Golden Tickets will be available. Surprise Prizes are issued at the discretion of participating stores and are not guaranteed.
Golden Ticket prizes are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Only one Golden Ticket prize may be collected per customer. Surprise Prizes issued by stores may have their own terms and conditions.
Golden Ticket Winner Cards must be presented in person at the ICL management office to redeem a prize. A simple declaration form must be signed confirming the Winner Card was received as a genuine customer and not through a personal relationship with store staff. Permission for photos may be requested at the time of redemption.
Golden Ticket Winner Cards are pre‑numbered and tied to specific issuing windows. Cards may only be handed out during the assigned 15‑minute window. If no customer arrives during the window, the next paying customer receives the card. Lost or unused cards must be returned to the ICL office and logged.
Persons excluded from entering this promotion include staff and contractors of the Promoter, participating stores, and their immediate family members.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or invalid Winner Cards. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the promotion or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion, except as required by law.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s privacy policy. By participating, entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoter for future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
